Cause of Accident Collision
Description The 1.05 p.m. Paddington to Windsor train was stood at the platform, whilst passengers' tickets were collected. It was then hit from the rear by the 1.15 p.m. Paddington to Plymouth express. The two rear carriages were smashed and another four telescoped.
