| Description | Collision between Irish Mail and goods train. The goods train was divided at Llysfoen to fit into sidings, 6 wagons (two of which were laden with drums of parafin) and a guards van remaining on the main line. These were hit by the engine, started rolling back towards Abergele and then collided with the London Euston to Holyhead Irish Mail. |
