Description | The 10 a.m express from Galsgow to Londonm was passing the 4.35 p.m. train from Euston to Birmingham near Blisworth when an object struck both trains and caused damage to the front coach of each train. The object was found to be the foot-step from the tender of the train to Birmingham which had became detached, bounced on the track and then hit both trains. |
